Below you will find my menu for the following weeks. Please place a separate order for each week.

All entrees except fish and seafood are $25.00 plus tax; fish and seafood are $35.00 plus tax. All entrees have 4 to 6 servings depending on your family's appetite. After your first free side dish, additional side dishes will be $8.00 each.

Please note in the instructions if you would like one of your meals hot and ready to serve and place your orders at least 24 hours in advance.

SOMETHING NEW AND HEALTHY -IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO SUBSITUTE WHOLE WHEAT PASTA FOR REGULAR PASTA OR GROUND TURKEY FOR GROUND BEEF, PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. Sandwich, Wrap and Salad menu -You may order from this menu any day, any week. This menu will be available all year long. Wraps are all made with a large lowfat tortillas and all include lettuce. All sandwiches are made on large Hogie buns and include lettuce. When you order sandwiches or wraps you get four and each one has a quarter pound of meat. On any wrap or sandwich you may ask for a different type of cheese or no cheese. Just note that in the instructions. If you order more than one item I will send you your total, at this time the system will not give you the correct total, sorry for any inconvenience. Make sure to check this box first before making your selection.

November 03
Shrimp pad thai $35.00 -Two pounds of shrimp are sauteed in my fabulous spicy peanut sauce and served over pasta.
Beef and pasta Alfredo $30.00 -Penne pasta, tomatoes, onion, garlic and lean ground beef are mixed together and tossed in Alfredo sauce.
Mexican casserole $35.00 -This dish is layered with tortillas, chicken in a creamy sauce, chilis and Cheddar cheese. Our most popular signature dish.
Maple-bacon oven pancake casserole $25.00 -Pancake batter, cheese and bacon make up this wonderful breakfast casserole.
Goulash $25.00 -Something for the kids. Macaroni, ground beef, marinara, tomatoes and spices, make this fabulous meal that everyone will love.
Grandma's Meatloaf $30.00 -So moist you won't believe it. This meatloaf is topped with a fabulous glaze and there should be plenty of leftovers for sandwiches the next day. Served with one side dish.

November 10
Shrimp scampi $35.00 -Two pounds of shrimp are sauteed in a fabulous wine and garlic sauce and served over pasta. On the menu every month due to request.
Hashbrown casserole $30.00 -Shredded hashbrowns, egg, onion, peppers, ham and Cheddar cheese make this delicious breakfast casserole.
Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo $30.00 -Tender pieces of chicken breast are topped with Alfredo sauce and served over Fettuccini.
Beef Stroganoff casserole $30.00 -Seasoned lean ground beef, mushrooms and noodles are baked in a wonderful Stroganoff sauce.
Open faced Italian chicken melts $35.00 -Boneless, skinless breast are marinated, grilled, topped with Mozzarella cheese and marinara, then served on a piece of garlic toast.
Family taco night $30.00 -Two pounds of my signature taco meat are served with all the fixings, tortillas, lettuce and cheese. Please note in the instructions if you want corn shells or flour tortillas.

November 17
Oven crunchy shrimp $35.00 -Breaded shrimp is baked to a golden crunch and served with one side dish.
Breakfast sandwiches $30.00 -Individually wrapped for an easy breakfast to go. These sandwiches are made with English muffins, egg patty, Canadian bacon and a slice of cheese.
Pork tenderloins with balsamic honey glaze $35.00 -This delicious pork dish is served with one side dish.

Cheesy sloppy joes -Something for the kids. These delicious sloppy joes are served with buns.
Southwestern chicken enchiladas-one dozen -Shredded chicken, black beans and chilis are wrapped in flour tortillas, topped with Cheddar cheese and then baked in enchilada sauce. If you prefer taco sauce instead of enchilada sauce, please note that in the instructions.
Meatball casserole $35.00 -Homemade meatballs in marinara sauce, top a layer of French bread and creamy sauce.

November 24
Grilled Salmon with honey dijon sauce $35.00 -This delicious Salmon is grilled and served with one side dish.

Cream cheese French toast with strawberry topping -This delicious French toast will have your family asking for seconds.
Spinach stuffed shells $30.00 -Homemade meatballs are slow cooked in marinara and served over spaghetti.
Dozen burrito's $30.00 -Individually wrapped and ready to freeze. Pick which kind you want. If you want more than one kind please note that in the instructions. In the breakfast burritos you may leave out the chorizo or replace it with bacon or ham. Please note.
Chicken tenders $30.00 -These were a hit, so I put them back on the menu for the kids. Served with one side dish.

CLOSED NOVEMBER 26TH THRU NOVEMBER 30TH -I WILL BE CLOSED WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 26TH THRU SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 30TH FOR THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY.
Ranch chicken and potatoes $30.00 -Boneless, skinless breast, potato wedges, bacon and onion are baked together in Ranch dressing.

November 30
Sour cream enchiladas $35.00-one dozen -Creamy chicken and chilils are wrapped in flour tortillas, topped with Cheddar cheese and smothered in a fabulous creamy sauce.
Indian skillet $30.00 -This delightful dish has scrambled eggs, chorizo sausage, peppers, onions, hashbrowns, Cheddar and Pepper Jack cheese. If you prefer bacon or pork sausage instead of chorizo, please note that in the instructions.
Italian noodle bake $30.00 -Italian sausage, sauce and spices are layered wit an egg noodle mixture of sour cream, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese, then topped with Cheddar cheese.
Cheesy shrimp and pasta $35.00 -Swiss and Cheddar are combined with a creamy sauce, pasta and shrimp to create this fabulous dish.
Yankee Pot Roast $35.00 -This juicy tender roast is served with carrots and roasted potatoes. It's the best.
Oven baked fried chicken $35.00 -Four boneless, skinless breast are baked in a crunchy coating and served with one side dish.
